STOCK OF CLASS A AND B OFFICES INCREASES BY MORE THAN 100,000 M2 THIS QUARTER.
An intense real estate activity has characterized in the third quarter of the year. The entry of a total of 9 class A and B buildings did not generate significant increases in the vacancy rate, thanks to an efficient absorption of the áreas.
An increase in the absorption characterized the third quarter of 2013. The entry into the market of three class A buildings, totaling 60,000m2 and 6 class B buildings totaling 43,762m2, did not affect the A+B vacancy rate, which recorded a controlled increase in respect of the previous period, 3.76% versus 3.45% registered in the second quarter of the year.
