Patricio Letelier is Director of Asset Services since its formation in early 2010. His line of business was created to satisfy a growing demand for professional administration of Real Estate investment assets. In a short period of time a commercial portfolio under management of more than 30,000 square meters has been reached, allowing us to be considered as national leaders in providing Asset Services to both local and international institutional investors.

Mr. Letelier arrived to CBRE in 2010, after having worked for the past 4 years the commercial real estate Asset Management industry in Miami, attending projects From Florida, Illinois and California. Patricio has a Bachelor of Science as a Commercial Engineer at the Pontifical Catholic University of Santiago, Chile.
