In Chile during 2010, Transaction Services recorded operations  totalizing 69.9 million dollars, 59% million of which correspond to the transaction volume of sales, and the remaining 41%, leasing operations. Since its creation, in 2009, Project Management team has made fixing out in offices and data centers surpassing a surface of 26.000 m2, managing resources over USD$18 million.
